  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
