  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse tuna steaks under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Marinate the tuna steaks for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
