  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed chicken, mixed vegetables, and cream of chicken soup; stir well.
  5. Fold in half of the shredded cheese and transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
