  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Cube the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them at the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. Layer frozen mixed vegetables on top.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth; pour over ingredients in the crock pot.
  4. Season with thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper; stir gently to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, preheat the oven as per puff pastry instructions. Roll out sheets and place squares over the filling in the crock pot.
