  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup cooking water and drain.

  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine. Use reserved cooking water as needed for creaminess.
