Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Sauté the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently.
  4. Add cheese: Reduce heat to low and mix in Parmesan cheese until melted. Toss in drained fettuccine along with reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Finish the dish: Slice chicken into strips and place over pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, then serve hot.
