  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Flake the cooked salmon into a large mixing bowl.
