Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round baking pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Create a well in the dry ingredients; add melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
