  • 1 cup broccoli florets (about 150g)
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger root, grated
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
