  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 large eggs (or 1/2 cup applesauce for vegan)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for about 45 minutes until soft. Allow to cool, then scoop out flesh into a bowl.
