  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
