  • 1 package (14 oz) store-bought pie crust (or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg mixed with 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Instructions
