  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add marinara sauce and seasonings; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix cooked spaghetti with ricotta and half the mozzarella in a bowl.
  4. Layer half the meat sauce in a greased baking dish, followed by half the spaghetti mixture, then more meat sauce and remaining cheeses on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
