  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (plus ½ cup for dredging)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk and salt for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour (1 cup flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper), one with beaten eggs, and one with plain flour (½ cup).
