  • 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Jiffy corn muffin mix, sweet corn, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, melted butter, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper until just combined.
