  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping garlic and halving cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season and cook chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
