  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup red chili sauce
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
