  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

  • Green food coloring (to desired color)
  • ¼ cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes until firm. Cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, and food coloring until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mint filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings and slice into wedges.
