  • 30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together frozen hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and drizzle melted butter over it.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
