  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry or apricot jam

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
