  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set the broiler to high.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and grated ginger until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease lightly with vegetable oil. Place salmon fillets skin-side down; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Generously spoon the miso glaze over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or broil for 5-8 minutes until caramelized and flaky. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
