  • 34 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in red pepper flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet with the garlic oil, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Mix in chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and the cheese melts.
