  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup cooked rice or breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and cook in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, minced garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
