  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently mix in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
