  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Roll out pasta sheets to about 1/16-inch thickness.
