  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup seafood mix (shrimp, crab meat, or scallops)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk recommended)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add the seafood mix and cook until opaque (about 3 minutes).
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, herbs, and the cooked seafood mixture. Mix well.
