  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add seasoned shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in reserved pasta water and lemon juice; add drained pasta to the skillet. Toss until coated in sauce.
