  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds). Add shrimp with salt and red pepper flakes; cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice; simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese and parsley.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the creamy shrimp mixture in the baking dish. Top with extra cheese if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
