  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare your smoker to a steady temperature of 225°F (107°C). Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the turkey, then rub with olive oil. Season generously with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Pour chicken broth into the drip pan beneath the cooking grate.
