  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté fresh spinach in a splash of olive oil until wilted (about 3 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
