  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa (mild or spicy)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Layer one tortilla in the baking dish, followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat with another tortilla layer, remaining beef, and cheese. Finish with one last tortilla on top.
