  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions to the beef mixture; stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in diced bell peppers and onions; cook until tender yet crisp (about 3 more minutes). Fold in half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Unroll crescent dough and arrange triangles on the baking sheet in a star shape. Spoon beef mixture into the center and fold dough over to form a ring.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
