  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp tahini (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into one-inch meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should be 160°F or 71°C).
