Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • Black olive slices (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool and peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes. Peel under running water for easier removal of shells.
  3. Prepare the filling: Halve the eggs lengthwise, scoop out yolks into a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, and food coloring until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white half.
  5. Add spooky decor: Top each egg with black olive slices for “spiders.” Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
