  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz short pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté diced chicken until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes).
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
