  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine uncooked rice, diced chicken breasts, frozen vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
