  • 1 whole garlic bulb
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
