  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, following package instructions. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Toss the drained noodles into the skillet with the garlic butter, stirring gently to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste; if necessary, add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
