  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through (165°F/75°C). Let rest before slicing.
  2. While the chicken cooks, wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Layer romaine lettuce followed by sliced chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly into a wrap. Cut in half diagonally for presentation.
